Ordering

An agreement is valid when the order is digitally forwarded or by sending an email containing an order.  With every digital order for products, the customer expressly agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

Articles

The photos, images and colors of products are (re)displayed as accurately as possible.  There may be color nuances compared to the actual product.

Payments

Payment is always made in advance via iDeal, bank transfer;  the customer transfers the amount due, including shipping costs, to the bank account that is given to you

Dispatch

Once payment has been received, the order will be made and shipped as soon as possible.  The stated delivery time starts from the moment the payment has been received by us.  The stated delivery time is indicative and never applies as a deadline.  Exceeding any delivery term does not entitle you to compensation, nor the right to cancel your order or to dissolve the agreement.

Return 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that you purchase through this webshop.  The sale is final after successful payment.

When your product is damaged once delivered please reach out to us. Damage that's caused on your own/pet won't be accepted. Handle your product with care.

When you want to return your product once it's accepted by us to change something about the product, shipping cost will always be on your behalf. Returning it back to you is for The Deer Hounds costs.

Personalized products can't be returned.

Warranty provision

There is no guarantee on the products by thedeerhounds, but only exchange guarantee if the product is defective upon delivery.  All this considering the fact that the products offered by thedeerhounds have no manufacturer's guarantees and do not require one.
